LAS VEGAS WEATHER

Las Vegas has four seasons although they aren't as radical as most parts of the country.

Summer in Vegas is typical of a desert climate with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. We call it a "dry heat" because the humidity is relatively low with the exception of the monsoon season.

Spring and Fall are nearly perfect in Las Vegas with temperatures around 65-75 degrees. We do however, encounter occasional windy days with gusts that range from 35-50 mph.

Winters are mild with temperatures around 50-60 degrees and seldom drops below 35 degrees. Snow is rare, but occasionally we do receive a few flurries in the higher elevations.

Average rainfall for the year is around 4 inches.
